Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings according to the following terms.

Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without charges.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 2 hours of service time may incur a service charge.

Technician Arrival Cancellation

If the technician has already reached the service location, a ₹200 visit charge will apply.

No Show

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled location, the booking may be treated as a No Show.
